These Terms of Service explain Elder Guardian 360™ services, client responsibilities, payment expectations, limitations, privacy, and service boundaries.

Agreement to Terms
By using Elder Guardian 360™ services, requesting support, submitting forms, scheduling consultations, purchasing products, or making payments, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Services Provided
Elder Guardian 360™ provides non-medical senior advocacy, family communication, care coordination, wellness oversight, appointment support, hospital and rehabilitation transition support, resource navigation, LifeFile organization support, and related family support services.
Services may include appointment accompaniment, note-taking, family updates, provider communication support, document organization, non-medical check-ins, and coordination assistance.
2. Non-Medical Disclaimer
Elder Guardian 360™ is not a medical provider, home health agency, nurse registry, nursing service, or licensed healthcare provider.
We do not provide medical care, clinical treatment, medical advice, diagnosis, medication administration, hands-on personal care, lifting, transferring, bathing, toileting, dressing, wound care, vital sign monitoring, or emergency response services.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients and authorized family members agree to provide accurate and complete information, communicate changes in condition or circumstances, maintain a safe environment for service delivery, provide authorized contact information, and avoid requesting services outside Elder Guardian 360™’s non-medical scope.
4. Payment Terms
Fees are disclosed before services begin. Payment is due according to the applicable invoice, service agreement, package agreement, or product checkout terms.
Hourly services are billed based on actual time spent and may require a minimum service period. Late or unpaid balances may result in delayed, suspended, or terminated services.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Ongoing services may be cancelled with reasonable notice according to the client’s service agreement. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to cancellation fees.
Digital products, printed materials, LifeFile products, refill packs, and project-based work may be non-refundable once delivered, downloaded, printed, shipped, or once work has begun. Refunds, when applicable, are issued at the discretion of Elder Guardian 360™.
6. Limitation of Liability
Elder Guardian 360™ provides advocacy, communication, coordination, and non-medical support services only. Clients and families remain responsible for medical decisions, legal decisions, emergency decisions, and care arrangements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elder Guardian 360™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or unexpected damages related to use of services, delays, third-party providers, client decisions, or information provided by outside parties.
7. Privacy & Confidentiality
Elder Guardian 360™ respects client privacy and handles personal information with care. Information is shared only with authorized individuals, service providers involved in support, or when required by law.
Clients are responsible for identifying authorized family members, representatives, emergency contacts, or providers with whom information may be shared.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes or concerns shall be handled according to applicable Florida law.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting payment, signing agreements, purchasing products, scheduling services, submitting forms, or engaging Elder Guardian 360™ services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
