Elder Guardian 360™ – Terms of Service

Welcome to Elder Guardian 360 LLC (“Elder Guardian 360™,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service govern your use of our services. By engaging our services or submitting payment, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Elder Guardian 360™ provides non-medical senior companion, oversight, advocacy, coordination, and family support services, including legacy documentation services such as Legacy Memory Books.

We do not provide medical care, clinical services, nursing services, personal care, or hands-on assistance with activities of daily living.

2. Non-Medical Disclaimer

Elder Guardian 360™ is not a medical provider, home health agency, or licensed healthcare provider. Our services do not replace medical care, nursing care, or licensed personal care services.

Clients and families remain responsible for all medical decisions and care arrangements.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients and authorized family members agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Communicate relevant changes in care needs or circumstances

  • Maintain a safe environment for service delivery

  • Designate authorized contacts for communication

4. Payment Terms

  • Fees are disclosed prior to service initiation.

  • Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Hourly services are billed based on actual time spent.

  • Late or unpaid balances may result in suspension of services.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Ongoing services may be canceled with reasonable notice.

  • One-time or project-based services (including Legacy Memory Books) are non-refundable once work has begun.

  • Refunds, if any, are issued at the discretion of Elder Guardian 360™.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elder Guardian 360™ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

We respect client privacy and handle information with care. Information is shared only with authorized individuals unless disclosure is required by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting payment, signing agreements, or engaging services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
