What is a senior advocate?
A senior advocate is an independent support partner who helps older adults and families organize care, attend appointments, communicate with providers, understand options, and stay informed while respecting the client’s wishes and independence.
Are you a home care agency?
No. Elder Guardian 360 is not a home health agency, nurse registry, or personal care provider. We do not provide hands-on personal care, skilled nursing, medical treatment, or clinical services.
Do you make medical decisions for clients?
No. We do not make medical, legal, or financial decisions on behalf of clients. We help organize information, support communication, document concerns, and assist families in asking the right questions.
Can you attend doctor appointments?
Yes. With proper permission, we can accompany clients to appointments, take notes, ask clarifying questions, help organize follow-up instructions, and update approved family members after the visit.
Can you provide transportation?
Transportation assistance may be available for appointments, errands, and essential activities. Transportation is based on availability and requires signed authorization and acknowledgment forms.
Do you work with out-of-town families?
Yes. Many families we support live outside the area. We provide local oversight, appointment support, updates, and communication so families can stay informed and involved from a distance.

What is care coordination?
Care coordination means helping organize services, appointments, providers, documents, family communication, and next steps so everyone involved has clearer information and a better understanding of what needs to happen.
Can you help during a hospitalization or crisis?
Yes. Our Transitional & Crisis Support services are designed to help families navigate hospital stays, rehabilitation admissions, discharge planning, care transitions, and urgent family concerns.
What is included in family updates?
Family updates may include appointment summaries, wellness visit notes, observations, concerns, provider instructions, upcoming tasks, and coordination updates depending on the selected service plan and signed authorizations.
What is the Family Portal?
The Family Portal is a secure place where authorized family members can access updates, appointment summaries, notes, important documents, and communication related to their loved one’s support.
What is the Life File?
The Life File is an organized emergency preparedness and information system that helps families keep important medical, legal, financial, and personal information accessible when it matters most.
Do you provide guardianship services?
No. We are not court-appointed guardians and do not provide legal guardianship services. We can help families organize information, identify concerns, and coordinate with appropriate professionals when needed.
Do you manage finances or pay bills?
No. We do not manage client finances, pay bills, or make financial decisions. We may assist with organization and communication only when properly authorized.
Are your services private and confidential?
Yes. We respect client privacy and only share information with authorized individuals according to signed consent forms and applicable privacy practices.
How quickly can services begin?
In many cases, services can begin within a few days after the consultation and completion of required forms. Crisis situations may be accommodated sooner depending on availability.

Getting started begins with a consultation. We will discuss your concerns, explain service options, review next steps, and help determine which support plan may best fit your family’s needs.
