About Elder Guardian 360™

Elder Guardian 360™ is a non-medical senior advocacy, care coordination, coaching, and family support service helping older adults and their families navigate healthcare, life transitions, and aging-related challenges.

The company was founded by Christine Bopko after more than 20 years of professional experience supporting older adults and observing how often families felt confused, overwhelmed, or left out of important care conversations.

Elder Guardian 360™ serves as a trusted bridge among older adults, family members, healthcare providers, facilities, and community resources. We help organize information, prepare questions, support communication, and keep families informed.

Christine’s professional background includes work as a private-duty Certified Nursing Assistant and medication-certified caregiver. Elder Guardian 360™ does not provide nursing, medical treatment, or hands-on personal care.

Why I Created Elder Guardian 360™

During more than 20 years of professional caregiving experience, I saw the same challenges repeatedly: older adults leaving appointments without fully understanding the next steps, families feeling disconnected from important conversations, and critical details getting lost between providers, facilities, and family members.

Elder Guardian 360™ was created to help close that gap—not as a medical provider or home-care agency, but as a steady, compassionate advocate helping older adults and families stay informed, organized, and heard.

This company was built on experience, integrity, and the belief that no older adult should feel unseen and no family should feel alone while navigating difficult decisions.

More Than 20 Years of Professional Experience Supporting Older Adults and Families

Professional Background

Christine’s professional background includes prior work as a private-duty Certified Nursing Assistant and medication-certified caregiver. These credentials and experiences are part of her professional history and do not mean that Elder Guardian 360™ currently provides nursing, medication administration, medical treatment, or hands-on personal care.

Elder Guardian 360™ was founded by Christine Bopko, a dedicated senior advocate who has spent more than two decades supporting older adults and their families through changing care needs, healthcare appointments, hospitalizations, rehabilitation stays, and difficult family decisions.

Earlier in her career, Christine worked directly with older adults in private homes, assisted-living communities, rehabilitation settings, and other care environments. Those experiences gave her a close understanding of the challenges families face when important information is unclear, communication breaks down, or loved ones need support that family members cannot always provide in person.

Over the years, Christine repeatedly saw families struggle to organize appointments, prepare questions, understand provider instructions, coordinate among several services, manage support from a distance, and remain involved during major transitions.

These experiences inspired Christine to create a service focused on helping older adults and families feel informed, organized, heard, and supported—without presenting Elder Guardian 360™ as a medical provider, nursing service, home-care agency, legal guardian, or emergency-response service.

Elder Guardian 360™ now provides non-medical senior advocacy, care coordination, appointment assistance, authorized family communication, non-clinical wellness observations, resource navigation, Senior Life & Family Coaching, and scheduled Transitional & Crisis Support.

Christine’s approach is grounded in compassion, dignity, clear communication, careful organization, and respect for the older adult’s wishes and right to participate in decisions.

Today, Elder Guardian 360™ helps older adults remain connected to the people and information involved in their support while helping families feel less overwhelmed and more confident about the next steps.

Our mission is to help every older adult feel heard and supported, every authorized family member feel informed, and no family feel completely alone while navigating aging-related challenges.
