Elder Guardian 360™ provides non-medical care oversight, coordination, companionship, and administrative support services designed to support older adults and their families.
We do not provide medical care, clinical assessments, diagnoses, treatments, or hands-on personal care. Our role is to help families stay informed, organized, and supported through structured oversight, communication, and coordination.
Main Services List
Daily Check-ins
Regular phone or in- person check-ins to monitor well-being, safety, and routine. Helps families stay informed and reassured.
Appointment Accompaniment
Support for attending medical appointments, or errands as a companion. Includes transportation coordination and note taking for families if requested. (no medical care provided)
Medication Reminders
Non-medical reminders to help seniors stay on schedule with self-administered medications, without handling, administering, or managing medications.
Home Safety Checks
Walk-through evaluations of the home environment to identify safety risks and promote independence.
ER Visit Accompaniment
Non-medical companion support during emergency room visits, providing comfort, communication assistance, and family updates.
Companion Support
Meaningful conversation, emotional support, social engagement, and presence during the day.
