Important: Elder Guardian 360™ is not an emergency response service and does not provide 24-hour monitoring, emergency transportation, emergency medical assistance, or continuous supervision. For a medical or safety emergency, call 911.

When a signed service agreement contains terms that are more specific to a particular client or service, that agreement governs the applicable service relationship.

Non-Medical Services Disclaimer

Elder Guardian 360™ provides non-medical senior advocacy, care coordination, family communication, appointment assistance, transition support, coaching, organizational resources, and other agreed support services for older adults and families.

Services may include:

  • Senior advocacy and care coordination
  • Authorized family communication and updates
  • Appointment preparation and accompaniment
  • Non-clinical wellness observations
  • Resource navigation and organizational support
  • Hospital and rehabilitation transition support
  • Discharge and transition-planning assistance
  • Senior Life & Family Coaching
  • Transition & Urgent Support
  • LifeFile™ organizational products and materials

The specific services provided depend on availability, location, authorization, the selected service, and any applicable service agreement.

Services We Do Not Provide

Elder Guardian 360™ is not a hospital, medical practice, home health agency, nurse registry, nursing service, law firm, financial advisory company, emergency service, or guardianship agency.

We do not provide:

  • Medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical advice
  • Nursing services or medication administration
  • Bathing, dressing, toileting, lifting, or transferring
  • Wound care, injections, or vital-sign monitoring
  • Hands-on personal care or continuous supervision
  • Psychotherapy or mental-health treatment
  • Legal, tax, insurance, or financial advice
  • Guardianship or fiduciary services
  • Emergency response or emergency transportation

Founder’s Professional Background

Christine Bopko brings more than 20 years of experience supporting older adults and families. Her professional background includes work as a private-duty Certified Nursing Assistant and medication-certified caregiver.

Elder Guardian 360™ uses this experience to provide non-medical advocacy, organization, education, coordination, coaching, and family support.

References to Christine’s prior caregiving experience do not mean that Elder Guardian 360™ currently provides nursing, medical, or hands-on personal-care services.

Coaching Services Disclaimer

Senior Life & Family Coaching is an educational and supportive service focused on planning, problem-solving, caregiver concerns, family communication, aging transitions, and practical next steps.

Coaching is not psychotherapy, mental-health counseling, crisis counseling, medical treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency intervention.

Clients experiencing a mental-health, medical, or safety emergency should contact 911 or the appropriate licensed professional or emergency resource.

Transition & Urgent Support Disclaimer

Transition & Urgent Support provides scheduled, short-term, non-medical advocacy and coordination during hospitalizations, rehabilitation stays, discharges, unexpected changes, and other time-sensitive care transitions.

The word “urgent” describes a difficult or time-sensitive family care situation. It does not mean that Elder Guardian 360™ provides emergency response, on-call medical support, continuous supervision, or guaranteed same-day service.

All consultations, visits, and support activities are subject to availability, location, authorization, scheduling, and the agreed scope of service.

No Independent Decision-Making Authority

Elder Guardian 360™ is not a court-appointed guardian, conservator, attorney, fiduciary, trustee, healthcare surrogate, or agent under a power of attorney unless separately and legally designated through valid documentation.

Elder Guardian 360™ does not independently make medical, legal, financial, housing, placement, guardianship, or end-of-life decisions.

Decisions remain the responsibility of the client, authorized legal representative, healthcare providers, attorneys, financial professionals, and other properly designated decision-makers.

Authorization and Family Communication

Elder Guardian 360™ may communicate with family members, healthcare providers, facilities, service companies, or other individuals when the client or authorized representative has provided appropriate permission or when disclosure is otherwise permitted or required by law.

Clients and authorized representatives are responsible for identifying who may receive information and for promptly notifying us when an authorization should be changed or withdrawn.

Withdrawal of an authorization applies to future communication and does not invalidate actions already taken in reasonable reliance on the prior authorization.

Privacy, Confidentiality & Client Records

Elder Guardian 360™ respects client privacy and handles personal information according to our Privacy Policy, applicable authorizations, operational requirements, and legal obligations.

In connection with our non-medical services, we may collect, create, receive, store, or retain:

  • Client and family contact information
  • Intake forms and service authorizations
  • Non-clinical service notes
  • Appointment information and summaries
  • Non-clinical wellness observations
  • Authorized family communications
  • Service plans and coordination records
  • Documents supplied by clients or authorized representatives
  • Scheduling, transaction, and payment records

Elder Guardian 360™ does not create or maintain official clinical medical records. Healthcare providers and facilities remain responsible for their clinical records, diagnoses, treatment plans, medication records, and medical documentation.

Health-related information voluntarily provided to us may be used only as reasonably necessary to provide requested non-medical advocacy, coordination, coaching, organizational, or communication services.

HIPAA Status

HIPAA applies to covered healthcare providers, health plans, healthcare clearinghouses, and certain qualifying business associates. Elder Guardian 360™ is a non-medical advocacy and support company and should not be assumed to be a HIPAA-covered healthcare provider merely because a client shares health-related information.

When a specific written agreement or applicable law imposes additional privacy or confidentiality obligations, Elder Guardian 360™ will handle the applicable information according to those requirements.

Clients should review our Privacy Policy for more information about the categories of information we collect, how information may be used, the service providers we use, retention practices, and available privacy choices.

Third-Party Technology and Service Providers

Elder Guardian 360™ may use third-party systems to operate the website and provide administrative services. These may include:

  • Website hosting and website forms
  • Scheduling and calendar tools
  • Email and communication systems
  • Cloud-storage and document tools
  • Payment-processing platforms
  • Business automation and workflow systems
  • Accounting, insurance, legal, and professional services

Limited information may be processed through providers such as Squarespace, Google, Stripe, and Zapier-supported workflows as described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party providers operate under their own terms, security practices, and privacy policies.

Information Security

Elder Guardian 360™ uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

Safeguards may include password-protected accounts, restricted access, document-sharing controls, secure payment processing, and limiting information access to those with a legitimate need.

No website, email service, cloud-storage platform, electronic communication, or information system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Do not submit highly sensitive information through general website forms, standard email, voicemail, or social-media messages unless Elder Guardian 360™ has directed you to an appropriate method.

Payment Information

Payments may be processed through Stripe or another authorized payment processor. Payment processors may collect billing, payment-card, transaction, and identifying information needed to complete a purchase.

Elder Guardian 360™ generally does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers. Payment information is processed by the payment provider according to its own privacy and security practices.

Prices, billing terms, recurring-payment terms, refunds, credits, cancellations, and package conditions are governed by the applicable checkout terms, invoice, service agreement, and Terms of Service.

Email, Telephone & Text Communications

By providing an email address or telephone number, clients and users may receive requested service-related communications, appointment reminders, receipts, scheduling links, intake information, administrative notices, and other necessary communications.

Standard email and text messaging may not provide complete confidentiality. Clients should use care when sending sensitive information electronically.

Standard message and data rates may apply to text communications.

Website Cookies & Analytics

Our website and related third-party services may use cookies, analytics technologies, pixels, or similar tools to support site operation, understand general website activity, improve performance, and remember visitor preferences.

LifeFile™ is an organizational and informational resource intended to help users keep important personal, healthcare, household, and care-related information in one place.

LifeFile™ is not an official medical record, legal document, medical-alert device, monitoring system, or emergency-response service. It does not replace medical, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice.

Service Area and Availability

Elder Guardian 360™ primarily serves older adults and families throughout Pinellas County, Florida.

Certain consultations and coaching services may be provided by telephone or video when appropriate.

Service availability depends on location, travel requirements, scheduling, authorization, service scope, and current capacity. Same-day, after-hours, weekend, holiday, or immediate service is not guaranteed.

Relationship to Other Policies and Agreements

These notices are intended to provide general information about Elder Guardian 360™ services and limitations. They do not replace the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, payment terms, signed authorizations, checkout conditions, or individual service agreements.

The Privacy Policy governs how personal information is collected, used, stored, shared, and retained. The Terms of Service govern general website use, purchases, payments, scheduling, service boundaries, cancellations, liability, and other contractual conditions.
