We do not provide medical treatment, nursing services, hands-on personal care, medication administration, legal advice, financial advice, guardianship services, or emergency response services.

Founder Qualifications

Christine Bopko brings more than 20 years of experience supporting older adults and families. Her background includes service as a Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant and Medication Certified caregiver.

Elder Guardian 360™ uses this experience to provide advocacy, coordination, education, and support. Services do not replace medical care, nursing services, physician guidance, or healthcare decision-making.

Coaching Services Disclaimer

Senior Life & Family Coaching provides education, guidance, problem-solving, and support.

Coaching services are not psychotherapy, counseling, mental health treatment, medical advice, legal advice, or financial planning.

Individuals experiencing mental health emergencies or emotional crises should seek assistance from qualified healthcare professionals or emergency services.

Not a Guardian, Attorney, or Healthcare Surrogate

Elder Guardian 360™ is not a court-appointed guardian, conservator, attorney, fiduciary, healthcare surrogate, or power of attorney unless separately designated through valid legal documentation.

All medical, legal, financial, housing, and care decisions remain the responsibility of clients, families, healthcare providers, legal representatives, and authorized decision-makers.

Emergency Disclaimer

Elder Guardian 360™ is not an emergency response service.
